It was a hectic day and I accidentally made the appointment for a different location but the front desk staff made magic happen. They called the other location to cancel and shift my appointment to the Sugar Land location and did not charge a cancelation fee. I didn't have to do anything. It was my first massage experience ever, and I’m so happy it was with Gigi. I had the introductory massage (+ CBD oil) with added services of a scalp massage, hand massage and foot massage. The pressure Gigi used was perfect and I had no complaints! I was relaxed the entire time and so cozy with the warmth of the table and overall room temperature, especially with me running cold naturally. It was a wonderful first time experience and an amazing way to spend my birthday! I’ll be back! 😊
