Love the Sugar Land location amd my aesthetician is awesome. They now have a centralized call center and we are not able to call directly to the location. I get why. Likely so that the front desk can attend to incoming clients and pomembers in tje waiting room. I still hate hate hate it.facial and massage services are excellent though
I brought my son in today for a facial because his last one at another establishment wasn’t good and I wanted him to experience a really good and relaxing facial. Our esthetician was Crystal and I expressed how important it was that this be relaxing and not painful. She was so gentle and nice with him. He slept through the extraction which was crazy bc it was the one thing he was worried about. She did an absolute amazing job. 100% recommend. We went with the clarity package. Plus the Google review pics do this establishment no justice. It’s a very nice place.
I have seen GiGi now 3 times for massage. She is fantastic! She listens well to my concerns and then takes the time and puts in the effort to get to the problem areas. I am now on monthly maintenance and love it. Highly recommend her.
