I've suffered from back pain for years! She was very patient, and gentle. She really focused on the areas that I mentioned. I had a therapeutic/Swedish full body massage . I went with a Thai massage that included a good balance of stretching, targeted pressure, and controlled movements. The therapist applied good firm pressure and checked in to make sure it was appropriate throughout. The techniques felt great and effective, and I left feeling looser in my shoulders and back where I carry most of my tension.
