Reviews
We had these guys come out and do all of our tiled areas—office, breakfast room, kitchen, and entry way. The difference when they were done made our tile look brand new!! These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and customer satisfaction is their primary goal. Met the owner and he is down-to-earth, and motivated to have his customers be for LIFE! Highly recommend.
I had a great experience! Charles was punctual, professional, personable, and very easy to work with. His customer service was excellent, and he genuinely cares about making sure the job is done right. I really appreciated that he was willing to come back and address anything that needed additional attention rather than just calling the job finished. Very helpful, responsive, and stands behind their work. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable carpet cleaner and will be using New Era for all future cleanings! :)
