After seeing this review the owner took the time to contact me multiple times until she got a hold of me, and apologized for the miscommunication, and scheduled me immediately for a complimentary 30 minute massage the next day to work on the things that were missed. Rita was apologetic also and worked wonders on my hips in those 30 mins. I was so impressed and grateful for their kindness and eagerness to correct the issue. They’re simply the best.

The people here are so lovely, really, very sweet and kind!! The first time I came here I had Rita, and she was amazing, I just left after having a massage for the second time by her, I specifically asked for my hips and chest to be worked on,, and after 75 minutes, neither of those things were touched. Even after me stating that I came in specifically for my hips in the middle of the massage, I still did not receive any work on them. When I booked the appointment online I wrote hips and chest, when I walked in the door, they gave me a sheet of paper, I circled hips and chest on their and wrote the words out again on the piece of paper, I told the woman who put me in the room I was there for my hips and chest, and then told the massage therapist I needed my hips worked on. I know a lot of people come in simply for relaxation, but I literally came in there because I genuinely needed help with my hips and I didn’t get it. I think there may have been a miscommunication or language barrier even though I stated what I wanted multiple times. I 100% think that this place is worth going to, but just be incredibly specific and firm in stating what you want and take the extra minute or two to make sure you’re on the same page. Regardless, Rita was fabulous.“
