“Lydia is awesome! I came in with some very bad tension. She is very caring. She listened to where I was having pain and went to work. Be forewarned, she is capable of very firm pressure if required. It's not an issue for me, as it's exactly what I needed. If you tell her, she does back off on the pressure.
