Within 1 month of starting to see Donna, I reduced 2 medications I was put on for Long Covid. I didn’t even realize how bad I felt emotionally until I started feeling better. I wanted relief from pain in my shoulder, wrists, neck, hip and back which are significantly better now. I saw Donna Freeman for body mechanics, neuro and cranial fascial therapy. She really reads you and does a blend of therapies based on your needs. Wow. I was amazed by how much better I was breathing through my nose, felt calmer and my nervous system more regulated, my mind was sharper/ more focused after. My posture changed immediately, I can hold my posture taller without my shoulders rounded and am not even thinking about it. She also worked on my connective tissue and old scars and really helped to soften them. Highly recommend!

I've been going to appointments with Donna for almost a year and she has been absolutely fantastic. I recently had a session with Amiga who is also phenomenal - she has a wonderful demeanor and sense of professionalism and she checks in with you throughout the session to make sure you're comfortable and are getting the desired results from your treatment. I felt rejuvenated and tension-free after my appointment. Highly recommended!!
