The team at Pace is absolutely incredible. I learned about them when they supported a charity I am active with. They take care of the ACs for homes of single moms, which already speaks to their character. Then they did a spring service on my two very old AC units. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of expensive fixes, just said they'd keep it limping through one more brutal Texas summer. (They did!) When it came time to replace AC, they were my first phone call and installed a 3 ton unit faster than I thought possible. Now that we are in a new home, they were my first phone call. The technicians are always friendly, informative, and professional. They walk you through any recommendations needed for your unit. They make it easy from scheduling the appointment to servicing your unit.

Moved into a new home that had issues with the common wire. Dominic answered the phone and scheduled a service call for the next day. Joe came out and repaired the issue, installed my new thermostat, and even found an issue with my condenser’s power wire. Joe was very professional and thorough. Please let Bill know these guys did a great job! My family has been using Pace since 2005 and I highly recommend them.
