CertaPro Painters is a franchise and the Missouri City one is owned and operated by LaRetta Bertram. She is completely dedicated to customer service as I found out on a recent paint job. I tend to put off indoor projects because of the mess and hassle involved, especially since I have three little dogs who like to voice their displeasure at having disruptions to their routine. However, a recent bee invasion that required the exterminator to cut the outside soffit and the inside wall, to remove the bees and honey required me to schedule repairs and painting. Since I was getting that done, I expanded the project from just the one room that the bees had invaded to a second bedroom and bath. LaRetta went out of her way to make each step as easy as possible. She spent so much time with me upfront, choosing colors and types of paint, as well as looking at specific issues and problem areas that I wanted addressed. She bought the paint, quickly scheduled her crew of three and gave them instructions about each area. The painting was so well done with very sharp lines between the ceiling and walls, etc. All patching was flawless and they cleaned up nicely when they were finished. The three man crew worked two days but the second day started at 7AM and didn’t end until 7:30 PM. It was after dark when they left and the next morning, a Saturday, I found several areas that got skipped or needed correction. I emailed the details and pictures to LaRetta and she and her crew came back first thing Monday morning and stayed until it was all completed perfectly. Rarely does one see that level of customer service and I am already planning to use them again on another project. I can highly recommend Certa Pro Painters of Missouri City if one is looking for a detail oriented painting company with excellent customer service.
