Basically the company is contact only by call back or email. When you get the right person like how I did (Delmy Orellana) everything moves really quickly just like you were speaking to someone one the phone. Every question that I had was answered without delay. Things that I needed were completed within the business day. When you are connect with the right person everything moves very quickly.
