They have the worst scheduler imaginable. I told him I needed an appointment with Dr. Hamme for medicine management for my minor son and he scheduled it with an NP that can even prescribe his medication and didn't tell me. So when we showed up to the appointment we were surprised to meet a different provider that can't prescribe his meds. We had to reschedule for 3 weeks later so my son was without essential medication for over 2 weeks. I just scheduled something today for again months into the future. I asked for an 8am time slot but I see it scheduled for 8:30 in the system. He can't do his job worth anything!
I brought mom there and was seen by Dr. Penelope McClendon. She carefully explains things clearly and answers all our questions with patience and compassion. And the staff there made us felt welcomed. They are all very nice.
