I drove half an hour to the building for the receptionist to say she “didn’t receive my referral” from my doctor. I wouldn’t have gotten an appointment with them without one so clearly that was false. The receptionist was cold towards us and gave off a rude energy I was not a fan of. I get that working there means you can deal with some interesting folks, but you don’t need to be so dismissive and more focused on your computer than the living person in front of you.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Jennifer Nguyen. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and truly gentle with her patients. It was my first time visiting for blood work, a women’s wellness exam, and an IUD insertion, and I was honestly impressed by how smooth and efficient the entire appointment was.
The office was very organized, and I barely had to wait. Dr. Nguyen made me feel comfortable right away with her warm personality and positive energy. During the IUD procedure, she was so gentle and skilled that it almost felt like nothing was happening. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and with great care.
