Excellent. This place is very relaxing, the crew attention is wonderful. Is my favorite place to do my nails. Many thanks to Hung for be attentive and make sure I was happy with my nails. Also Vivian, Lisa and the guy at the reception. 5 stars

Update update: The owner reached out to me and explained he believes I had a serious miscommunication with the staff. He was apologetic and kind asking for my continued loyalty. I have since returned and everyone was so gracious, I also apologized for my part not understanding. Thanks for making it better, that is what you expect to see when you have an issue!

Update: Don’t go if you think you’ll earn loyalty in return. First and only time I had an issue, they disregarded me and made me overpay for services after an agreed price. I spoke to the owners son and he simply didn’t care. Worst customer service after 3 years of loyalty and positive feedback. Don’t...read full review

Cannot fault the service of these ladies. First pedi after a broken toe and they were so accommodating and my feet feel amazing. Thank you again to the staff at JK NAILS another great customer experience.
