I felt there was no need to actively monitor each step as the technician took their time every step of the way, especially with the hot stone massage.The establishment is humble, the quiet atmosphere serves as an ideal space to relax and disconnect, especially while there are hot towels wrapped around your legs.With the gel service: The technician, again, is extremely thorough. “Siphalen is an absolute whiz in hair color. I’ve never seen work so perfect in any hairdresser before. She’s diligent and takes her time (expect to be there 3-4 hours). You feel like she’s going strand by strand, ensuring the right color, tone, blend, all of it.More than that, she’s incredibly sweet and kind. The appointment is long (don’t rush the art!) and she leaves you with a good balance of chatting and comfortable silences.Finally and most importantly, she’s accommodating to a private hair appointment in her own room and flexible with the timing if you need to change it the day before. She’ll text you a reminder as well. For someone who covers for religious reasons, having access to a professional like her without compromising modesty is rare. She booked the room only for me, covered her door with a thick curtain, and instructed colleagues to not interrupt.She’s an angel! I’ve been to her before and will return again.“
