We broke the pipe for our AC drain while trying to clean our p-trap and reached out to New Tex about getting it fixed. I was able to text with a technician on a Sunday and they sent Daniel out first thing Monday morning. We were all fixed up in about an hour and Daniel gave us lots of tips to help us remediate ourselves in the future. Will definitely be using the going forward!
Service was amazing and Omar went above and beyond to fix my issues.
Fast and friendly service from John with New Tex. We lost our hot water, and he helped talk me through it on the phone. The next day he came by and fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. I was very grateful for him taking time out of his busy schedule around the Houston area to help us out up here in New Caney. Definitely recommend and glad we have New Tex around!!
