It had a crimp near the coupling and when I tried to back it out the crimp gave way and it started leaking/spraying. “Although the original plumbing issue was resolved, I was unfortunately left dealing with additional damage and cleanup afterward. I would have appreciated being informed beforehand that the ceiling in my garage would need to be cut open so we could have moved our workout equipment out of the area. There were several people at home available to help move everything, but no warning or recommendation was given prior to the work being started.

As a result, we are now having to scrub hardened drywall and Sheetrock debris off our mats and workout equipment. Better communication and consideration for protecting the surrounding area would have made a significant difference in our experience.“
