Shout-out to both Kassy and Maritza for helping me today... Like you want to know why this is the best Ulta to visit? It's them. I was going to walk out of the store without moisturizer, but they were so lovely I didn't have to ask for help THEY OFFERED. Together they asked questions and lead me to exactly what I was looking for. Kassy took me over there personally and showed me new products too I walked out with a full bag and as a very happy customer! 10/10. Also it's not just today... It's every day. Maritza recognizes me every time I come in and checks in with me when she sees me! It really makes you feel wanted and seen 🥰
Aetna (my apologies if i mispelled her name) was awesome. I was originally looking for Summer Fridays, but learned thats only a sephora item. She was thorough and had outstanding customer service. I purchased COSRX and very excited to use it. 🖤
As soon as you walk in, everyone is asking if you need help. However when you actually do need help the workers failed at delivering. One worker was sweet but seemed a bit lost. The other, a blonde girl, looked like she wished she wasn’t there. She “helped” but really she just threw product on my face and called it a day. Not to mention she kept reaching for her phone to text. Oh and she used a tester DIRECTLY on my face which is disgusting. Luckily I was saved by Maritza. She helped me with enthusiasm and was so so sweet. I’m rating this high only because of her.
