I truly have no idea why the Google reviews for this practice are so low. We moved here a year ago and needed a PCP for our family. They are so kind and helpful when we call for appointments and medication refills. The techs, doctors and nurse practitioners are always helpful and caring. They take the time to listen to concerns and create thorough treatment plans. The schedulers and front desk personnel are amazing too! This is by far the best experience we’ve had at a PCP’s office.

I’ve been a nurse for over 30 years and have worked in physicians offices before so I have to tell you how impressed I am by this office!! The staff is always helpful and friendly on the phone and in person,the physician has been thorough and I’ve never waited more than 10-15 minutes. Great job, keep it up!!

I am SO HAPPY I found Smithson Family Medicine !! I have NEVER received such Excellent Medical Care ! Every Staff Member I have had the pleasure to meet is Very Professional a d Caring! I have not been lost in the shuffle, where no one calls back or answers messages. There is No hesitation to recommend a Specialist! I see Lisa Boone and she is Phenomenal! Caring and THOROUGH! The Lab and All Staff are friendly and caring and Professional. I never feel like I am creating a problem for them!They are all Saving my Quality of Life and that is truly Priceless and a Great Feeling !!
