I had an excellent experience at this WellMed clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient and it took no time at all to get an appointment, which I really appreciated since I am new to the area. The clinic was clean, well organized, and everything flowed smoothly from check in to check out.

I especially want to recognize Angelica, the medical assistant, who truly made a difference during my visit. She was kind, attentive, and incredibly professional. My family has been receiving great care at the Singing Hills location for two years now. Staff is helpful and kind - and the appointments run smoothly and on time.
For those of us who wait in the front for our family members, the television used to play old movies and Perry Mason. I am disappointed to find now that the tv plays nothing but Wellmed commercials. I hope they will consider bringing back nice old shows. It’s a comfort when you’re in a medical environment- please bring it back!

Long waiting times. Their office will call you, leave a voicemail, you call back, they ask you questions to identify you, they transfer you to someone else and they ask you the exact same questions.
