I was very happy to find Lisa and her staff to care for the grooming needs of my dog. I adopted a dog from a rescue who had no grooming manners. Lisa was willing to work with her and overcome her fears of being on the grooming table and being groomed. I have been going to Lisa since last October and have been extremely satisfied with my dog's grooming experience. Lisa is truly a dog whisperer and loves the dogs. I highly recommend Happy Tails.

UPDATE - WE RECEIVED PHONE CALL - COLLAR AND LEASH FOUND!! They told us were hoping it would show up or would try to make things right:)Disappointing...they lost our dog's collar with tag and leash. We played phone tag, and they didn't even bother to apologize or offer to compensate us in any way...I want my tip back! The saving grace is our puppy boy received a nice cut and clip.

They always look out for the safety of the pet. If the animal has to be shaved down to avoid pain they will do it. DeDe has pulled some miracles on my Shitzu with grooming and not having to cut down. But when I failed to get them in on time and they get really matted, they will get cut down some. They put the pet first. Also they have identified medical issues multiple times. I give them credit with discovering cancer on two of my pets over the years. They care
