Rachel is not responsive and she cancels on you frequently . Then she does not communicate with you for rescheduling and it seems scammy. I would beware. I stayed with her for a while because her work is good for her pricing and is knowledgeable, however the headache of constantly looking forward to your appointments, then getting canceled on, and then never being able to get her to reschedule you is not worth it!!

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Rachel frequently cancels appointments, often with promises to reschedule that never materialize, and even cancels rescheduled sessions. I initially booked a facial with her in 2024, which was rescheduled three times before it finally happened. My sister has had the same issue. It is unfortunate because her services and pricing are genuinely good, but reliability is nonexistent. The “book two, get one free” offer is pointless if appointments are consistently canceled and rescheduling is nearly impossible. I have been needing to find a good esthetician for awhile and found a Groupon for a chemical peel from Rachel, at Willow Tree Spa. She has a great location (Sola Salons, Southlake) and a very clean, professional space. After chatting about my immediate and long term needs (which she documented for her files) she began my teaming. What an amazing experience! I have never had a chemical peel before (I've had several other facial treatments, though) and this felt great. I definitely will be going back on a regular basis to have her get my skin looking evened out and fresh again In addition to her thoroughly meeting my spa treatment expectations, she is so friendly and easy to talk to. Looking forward to going back!!
