The facility is clean and every detail had been thought of. Moving from service to service was easy, and everything was explained well. The floats are amazing, and the infra sauna and float combo provides a rejuvenating experience. The couples package is worth every penny paid, with the staff always checking in. It is the perfect place to unwind and take a break from the stress of everyday life. A word of warning is to ensure credits are used within 90 days or they will expire.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at City Cave! I tried out the Float & Flow package today, and I couldn’t be happier. I am feeling SO much more relaxed and peaceful than when I arrived. The location itself was super clean and aesthetically pleasing. Plus, the staff was great. Both the sauna and float tank rooms were completely private with locking doors. Everything was explained to me beforehand by the staff, so nobody bothered during my session. There was also a button I could press if I wanted assistance. We had an amazing experience at City Cave Southlake! The moment my husband and I walked in, we instantly felt relaxed and welcomed. The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and perfect for anyone looking to unwind and prioritize self care.

Aubrey, who assisted us during our visit, was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Her warm and professional approach truly made the experience even better.

We both left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and can't wait to visit again. I highly recommend City Cave Southlake if you're looking for a relaxing wellness experience!

My wife and I enjoyed a day at City Cave Southlake and what an incredible experience!!! Started with Red light sauna then float tank and finished with an hour long massage. This won’t be the last time we visit! Great staff!
