Bryan with 1st Choice Softwash exceeded my expectations with cleaning my Slate roof. He quoted a reasonable price, he explained why my roof looked so dirty even though there were no trees over the dirtiest looking areas, told me what he was going to do, and even did a small test section to demonstrate how it would look. It looked terrible in many spots before he cleaned it and now it looks like a Brand New Slate Roof. It looks awesome.

Excellent work & honest. Bryan explained issues, took pictures of problem areas encountered, and fairly adjusted his estimate for work that could not be completed due to conditions out of his control. Overall great work and highly recommend
