The gentlemen that picked up the call and the one that came, same or not I don't know but both were so nice and reassuring that the dry wood termites will not simply eat my in matter or days or weeks as I thoguht so, and as other companies that I called freaked me out more than they helped. Tenting a townhome isn't the one and only way to deal with drywood termites, and only Stuart's ruled that out, they came, were quick effective and efficient, explain to me every single detail and for the money they charge, I'd call them every day!! They were on time, and very professional!

I have been using Stuart's for years. The office staff are always friendly, and the technicians are professional. I've had zero bug problems thanks to their quarterly service.

Then, late yesterday, I found a few termites in the house and went into a panic! I called Stuart's this morning hoping someone could come out today. Well, shortly thereafter, Mr. Stuart himself called me back and calmly talked me through things. Bottom line: Houston is swarming with termites now, and a few snuck in and quickly died. Nothing we need to do.
