I have been using Stuart's for years. The office staff are always friendly, and the technicians are professional. I've had zero bug problems thanks to their quarterly service.
Then, late yesterday, I found a few termites in the house and went into a panic! I called Stuart's this morning hoping someone could come out today. Well, shortly thereafter, Mr. Stuart himself called me back and calmly talked me through things. Bottom line: Houston is swarming with termites now, and a few snuck in and quickly died. We've been using Stuart's Pest Control for over 5 years, maybe longer, with the last 2.5 years at our current residence in Missouri City. I can't say enough positive things about Stuart's - their fair pricing, friendly office staff who always contact us to schedule our next quarterly service, but mainly for Service Technician, Mario. Mario is the routine technician who services our home each quarter. Mario is professional, prompt, communicative and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND with our 2 dogs and their dynamics to be separated inside our home paying careful attention to dog gates.
