“I had a 90-minute therapeutic massage with Selina Ramirez, and I honestly really enjoyed it. I’m pretty picky when it comes to massages, especially when it comes to pressure, but Selina got it exactly right. She used firm to medium pressure and knew when to really work an area that needed it and when not to push too much. It was perfect.<br><br>I went in with very tight, knotted shoulders and some questions about why I was having so much pain and tension in certain areas. Selina listened to my concerns and was able to explain what she was feeling and why she thought the tightness was coming from certain areas. I really appreciated that because it made me feel like she wasn’t just going through the motions, but actually paying attention to what my body was telling her.<br><br>She also checked in with me when she was working on the more stubborn areas to make sure the pressure wasn't too much. I expected to be pretty sore afterward because my shoulders were so tight, but they actually felt really good when I left, with no noticeable pain.<br><br>The whole experience was relaxing and comfortable. I almost dozed off, and honestly, I never relax that much during a massage! 😂 I would definitely book another massage with Selina and would absolutely recommend giving her a try.”

“I have been to the Rose Garden 3 times for massage. 2 of the 3 times were 5 star, while the other was more of a 3 star experience. When I booked my third massage, I asked for a different therapist due to the previous one being a smite too chatty and the room lights were blazing. I'm a spa snob. I enjoy dim light, soothing white sounds and DEFINITELY no small talk. The gentleman at the desk, while unexpected and appreciated, offered a nice discount for my troubles. He then introduced me to the therapist who gave me a relaxing, hug worthy deep tissue massage. Very professional staff who cares about their reputation. Five stars.”
