“BEST experience with the customer service with this business. Johanna helped me with providing a family member with a gift certificate and service while I live out of state. Very appreciated!!”

Spa 31
“I had an amazing experience with Faith Carroll at Spa 31! From the moment I arrived, the spa was clean, calming, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. When I walked into Faith’s room, everything was perfect—the soothing spa sounds were playing, the bed was warm, and the sheets were fresh and clean.
Faith was incredibly kind, professional, and very thorough throughout the entire session. She gave a truly therapeutic massage and paid attention to what my body needed. I also really appreciated how respectful she was of my privacy, which made the experience even more comfortable.
I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better overall. I would highly recommend Faith to anyone looking for a quality massage experience!”
