“I had a 90-minute therapeutic massage with Selina Ramirez, and I honestly really enjoyed it. I’m pretty picky when it comes to massages, especially when it comes to pressure, but Selina got it exactly right. She used firm to medium pressure and knew when to really work an area that needed it and when not to push too much. It was perfect.
I went in with very tight, knotted shoulders and some questions about why I was having so much pain and tension in certain areas. Selina listened to my concerns and was able to explain what she was feeling and why she thought the tightness was coming from certain areas. I really appreciated that because it made me feel like she wasn’t just going through the motions, but actually paying attention to what my body was telling her.
She also checked in with me when she was working on the more stubborn areas to make sure the pressure wasn't too much. I expected to be pretty sore afterward because my shoulders were so tight, but they actually felt really good when I left, with no noticeable pain.
The whole experience was relaxing and comfortable. I almost dozed off, and honestly, I never relax that much during a massage! 😂 I would definitely book another massage with Selina and would absolutely recommend giving her a try.”
