“The most fantastic experience. I’ve worn glasses since I was 7 years old so I’ve been to a few optical establishments. My children now wear glasses so I wanted them to have a good experience. Everyone from the counter to the check out was incredible. Except for a short lady with long black hair and nose rings. She was incredibly condescending and flat out mean to the kind blonde lady that was helping my 5 year old son with his glasses. It’s unbelievable the way the girl talked to the nice blonde lady who helped us tremendously. I wish I could remember her name bc she was helpful and you could tell she was experienced. It’s unfortunate some coworkers don’t value their counterparts and was brazen enough to loudly degrade someone in front of patients.“
