The Dr is great but the girls up front are not well trained. It feels like they answer for the doctor which is not okay because i don't think they're clinical or hold any medical licenses but they sure like making decisions and make it very difficult to speak with the Dr or relay message to him. Has always been this way even at the old location off research when You Call In. Now of course when you're in the facility they are amazing but over the phone not so much which is a big deal because people cant always come in to the office for things. That said they have Amazing Dr at this location.

I have been using vision source for decades even thru the changes in ownership. Over the last several years the customer service has declined. This in addition to the endless legal forms giving away your rights, have led me to end my use of vision source. On a very disappointing note, Dr. Gerdts would not come out and listen to my issues.

Excellent appointment follow up first of all. That was greatly appreciated. Location is in a good place, the staff is excellent and the eye physicians are super thorough as well as caring. Don't change a thing. Also, I would to add that the office is very clean.?✌
