“I moved back to Conroe and shortly after became pregnant with my second child, so I asked family where to go. My mom suggested here and turns out it’s where she used to take me and my siblings as a kid.
My primary physician for the first half of the pregnancy was Mica Chapman, and boy she felt like a breath of fresh air while being there. She was straight to the point, but kind. She told me what to watch out for, and if I had ANY concerns she was on it. Labs, ultrasounds, swabs, anything and everything was done to make sure my baby and I was healthy. I did, however, developed preeclampsia again. So after some concerns, Mica, literally said “look. I’m so terrified of something going wrong and I would hate myself if anything bad happened to you that I missed while you were under my care. I went ahead and sent the referral to transfer you to the OBGYN at the hospital you’ll deliver at”!!!
Roughly 2 months postpartum I went in for my checkup and some of my bloodwork came back with readings Mica was concerned about. So she scheduled me in for a liver ultrasound , and tada— I had gallstones. She then directed me to the hospital for a consultant with a surgeon and that would take my insurance to have my gallbladder removed. Got that done and over with, told Mica, and she said “oh my gosh, I love you for that!” Cracks me up.
Also crazy service is that she always looked up things in network with my insurance to make sure I was always covered. Thank you Mica & Angel 🫂”
