Outstanding service. It wouldn't let me add a new review. So I am editing a previous one. I had this week my entire HVAC replaced with new technology. They got in and had it installed but a valve was causing the outside unit to cycle off immediately after coming on. So a window unit was placed in the living room and it finally did bring the temperature down. The next day they came with the new valve and it was installed and you could tell immediately the change.

This will make the 3rd unit for me personally and a total of 5 hvac units that I have had Bubba and Kay's team install for me at my home and business.

You can't go wrong with Tri County A/C!

I'm going to leave a review although the work was done 20 years ago in Seguin. I recently bought a house in Boerne, and it had a few imbalance issues. The bedroom was really warm, other areas of the house were normal or downright cold. We got a local quote, and they wanted to redo the attic ductwork for $14k. I started messing with it myself, and found that the location of the thermostat was the issue and dropped the temperature by several degrees, we had a hallway that was really cold, but now the bedroom was normal.

I have years of experience with this company when I was a renter and now as a home owner.just bought a new American standard with them I did not check with other companies.when you live in Texas in dangerous heat you want a company that will respond fast know what there doing and honor there warranty forty years in business .will not ever use another company . They stand on integrity
