I recently visited Rapid Urgent Care because I had a plugged ear that was affecting my hearing. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. The nurses were extremely helpful, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

This place is amazing from the medical staff to the office administration. They truly care for their patients. The medical staff take their time and you don’t feel like just another number. They even called me after my appointment to check in and see how I was doing. I highly recommend Rapid Urgent Care in Seguin.
I love that you can check in online beforehand and I love how fast the check in process is. The check in process and wait time was fast and I liked that. Being seen was also decently fast. Came in on a Saturday afternoon, and was in and out within 35 minutes of walking in. The staff and doctor on site were friendly.
