Carolyn the receptionist was also very sweet and provides great customer service as well. It’s a shame more businesses are not like this. Dr. Tran takes the time to get to know you and asked about my family and work and remembered details I told her even though it had been an entire year since I had last seen her, and I’ll admit I was surprised she remembered and that made an impression on me. I never got this when I went to Walmart for my vision exams even though I saw the same eye doctor year after year.

She wipes down every piece of equipment before using it. She did way more for my eye exam than Walmart ever did. I’m pretty sure I was in and out at Walmart and Dr. Tran spent at least 45 minutes with me. I wish I had found Dr. Tran sooner because this is the type of small, family owned business you want to support.“

“Dr. Thao Nyguen was amazing and extremely beyond professional courteous and super nice and very sweet! And, she did an awesome job with my eye exam and everything that pertains to it as well. And, the receptionist/Dr. Thao Nyguen’s assistant (the young lady with the beautiful reddish “mermaid” hair) was super kind extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable as well. Both, she and Dr. Thao Nyguen gave 100% outstanding excellent service frm beginning to end. Everyone minus the young lady with the blond hair named “Ashley”. Very rude not polite and not very accommodating nor does she seem to even want to be bothered whether or not she’s answering the phones and or answering questions to the potential eye patients walking in as well. JUST SAYING!! And, “Miss Ashely” could totally learn a thing or two about professionalism in the workplace as well. JUST SAYING!!“

“Went to get my eyes checked and this place never disappoints. The owner is a beauty of color and sweet as can be, her customer service is impeccable and she takes the time to explain everything to you. Her assistant is just as helpful she rechecked my insurance and when I arrived I was good to go. Now the prices are pricey. But trust me you get what you pay for! Pure quality.... And excellence. If you are looking for top notch glasses/sunglasses this is the place for you. And guess what she takes Medicaid and patients through the VA. Here is a snippet of work they do. P.S. this office have a state of the art Eye gym in case your kids are in sports it's amazing Don't sleep on this company they are top notch.“
