I lost both the screws in my glasses, so I went to see if could get some help. The worker Marbet or Maybet was very helpful and patient. She fixed me glasses for me free of charge. Will definitely go back when it's time for new pair. 💖💖

I accidentally broke my son’s glasses, and Ms. Stacy was so kind and helped fix them the day before school started. We really appreciate her quick help and excellent service!

Stacy was absolutely wonderful and so helpful! She helped my daughter find glasses, and because she has thicker lenses, it can be difficult to find frames that work well for her. Stacy was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find a much better option that suited her. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy with her glasses.
The only downside was that they didn’t have a tap-to-pay option, which would definitely be a nice addition for convenience. However, Stacy was very helpful and informative and showed me another option of downloading the Walmart app and adding my card to pay that way, which I really appreciated.
