Comfort Ice Box Heating and Air did a great job on HVAC repair, managed a same day appointment, and helped in the Texas heat. Their technicians are polite and knowledgeable. They stepped up and did the installation, lined up the electrician, and came back out, tested the unit, and made sure it was working properly in a timely manner. They were very nice with excellent customer service, care, and support. Comfort Ice Box has been a part of the household for years, very professional, and anytime there are issues they are there next day. They saved the day when the compressor went out due to a power surge, fixed it immediately, and were proactive in suggesting surge protection. The team is fantastic, going above and beyond to diagnose problems, prompt, courteous, professional, and left the house clean. The technician was super friendly, arrived promptly, and communicated clearly. He thoroughly inspected the system, explained everything, and made sure everything was running properly. The attention to detail and time taken to ensure the A/C was ready for the Texas heat is appreciated. Highly recommend for professional, reliable, and prompt HVAC service.

AC stopped working, tried to take a look myself and once I seen it. I noped real quick and started looking, comfort ice box was the closest and it said open 24 hrs. I called and the lady was super nice, it was a quick setup to have someone come out. And Beto (hope I'm spelling this right) was out in like 20 minutes. Super friendly and professional, got straight to work and figuring out how to fix it. Before fixing he made sure to explain the service fee and cost to fix along with making sure I was ok with it. Comfort Ice Box Heating and Air did a great job on our HVAC repair. They managed a same day appointment and helped us in this texas heat. Their technicians are really polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anybody having issues with HVAC.

We bought the unit from an individual and we were having a hard time finding someone to install it up for us. Comfort Icebox stepped up and did the installation, lined up the electrician and then when all the work was completed, they came back out, tested the unit and made sure it was working properly all in a timely manner.
