They stepped up and did the installation, lined up the electrician, and came back out, tested the unit, and made sure it was working properly in a timely manner. They were very nice with excellent customer service, care, and support. Comfort Ice Box has been a part of the household for years, very professional, and anytime there are issues they are there next day. They saved the day when the compressor went out due to a power surge, fixed it immediately, and were proactive in suggesting surge protection. The team is fantastic, going above and beyond to diagnose problems, prompt, courteous, professional, and left the house clean. The technician was super friendly, arrived promptly, and communicated clearly. He thoroughly inspected the system, explained everything, and made sure everything was running properly. We bought the unit from an individual and we were having a hard time finding someone to install it up for us. Comfort Icebox stepped up and did the installation, lined up the electrician and then when all the work was completed, they came back out, tested the unit and made sure it was working properly all in a timely manner.
Since we call them for air ductwork, they where very nice, excellent customer service, care and support. My husband and I gotten happy with their job done.
