This lady needs a raise. I took in my PC today (May 13) that had some issues. She was so awesome! I wish I could remember her name. She went above and beyond to help me and got the problem resolved. Absolutely a blessing! Keep it up!

The lady working by herself today (5/13) was a godsend. I am so impressed with her and how she helped serval people at once and her attitude was absolutely amazing. Someone give her a raise!

I scheduled an appointment online to get the screen replaced on my phone at 5pm. When i arrived for my appointment they told me they couldn't guarantee it would be finished by 7pm so i would need to come pick it up the next day but none of this was on the site when i was scheduling the appointment or i would have scheduled a first thing in the morning appointment if this would have been explained before. I wasn't available for a morning pick up the next day. Will be scheduling an appointment at a different place for the repair.
