Took my pc in, they were very helpful with figuring out the issue and helping me with the part I needed. They even marked where the damage was so I knew what to take care of and explained how it worked. Highly recommended

Super helpful! Was expecting to pay a cleaning fee for the charging port. He was very cool and just took 2 minutes to clean it and gave some advice on how to keep it maintained 5 stars out of 5

It took a couple days to get the problem resolved, but I guess that is what it is. Otherwise the service was very good. If the iphone I brought in has no further problems I'd rate the service very good. Thanks
