Came in a 5:50 on a Saturday with a cracked screen. They were still able to fix it same day, and it was ready for pickup by closing time. He even said if it wasnt finished by closing, he'd stay a little late to get it done. That wasnt necessary, but I am really impressed they were able to get it done basically with an hour till close. Appreciate it guys!
Pretty swell place. I've been here a couple times and it's the first place I think of if something happens to my phone- specifically this location. Very thankful for the help received from Josh who I observed to be very friendly, patient and hard working especially when busy. They are knowledgeable, informative and my issue was taken care of same day.
I accidentally had broken off the charging port in the Apple insert. They could easily have made me pay for a whole replacement of the charging port. They were honest and just removed the part that had broken off resulting in a lesser charge. I was very happy with their honesty and quick work.
