I have nothing but good things to say about Yoga 6! I Just got out of the Wednesday restore class with Melanie. She made things easy to understand and follow. I feel much more relaxed and highly recommend the class and teacher!

Kayla’s restore class was everything I needed. She allowed me to come as myself and meet my body where it was at today. I learned a lot of new positions, even though I’ve been doing yoga for years! She also provided modifications for the entire class.

Took Melanie's tonight and it was awesome. I always feel so refreshed after class and any concerns going on in my life are always but to ease.I love the way all the staff is so friendly and caring.
