Let me start off by saying, I hate exercise, but love Pilates! And I absolutely love the trainers and staff here at the Stone Oak Club Pilates. Tammy, is the master trainer and will kick your butt, but you will feel so good afterwards! Amber, Alexa and Anya are amazing too! I would recommend trying out a variety of classes and instructors.
