Dr Phelps is the best! In all the years I've been seeing eye doctors, she is hands down my favorite. I refer all my friends and family to her. Everyone agrees that she is now their favorite eye doctor also. She has a naturally calming personality and excellent professionalism. I'd give her 6 stars if I could.
I have not been to an eye doctor in 25 years (shame on me) and had no idea what to expect. Being a bit of a hypochondriac I tend to think the worst and do not always go into appointments with the best mindset.
Luckily, the staff here was extremely professional and helpful, the facilities were excellent, and the doctor actively listened to my concerns and was thorough in everything that she did.
I would recommend Dr. Phelps and this facility to anyone that asks and on top of scheduling a yearly eye exam, will make her my family eye care specialist.
