The Physician's Assistant, Kylie, was excellent and very professional and helpful. The young woman at the front desk was very nice and understanding. Another great thing was how late the facility was open for care.However, the young nurse with short hair that helped me acted rudely and was not dressed professionally at all.The seating in the lobby was very hard and uncomfortable to sit on.

Spoke to three people. Aside from my pain, everyone from the young lady in the foyer behind the counter, to the Doctor and the very kind Nurse in between were very very courteous to me. I loved the Doctor. Having a "get together" tomorrow. I'm telling everyone how grateful I am to your staff.

All of your staff was polite and very helpful in meeting my needs. The PA, Jaime Sierra, carefully explained what I had and prescribed my medications. Even though I did not have an appointment, I did not have a long wait. Thank you for all the attention given to me.

Now they continue to work together with their employees, in order to provide the San Antonio community with a true family-owned urgent care facility.
