Not only did a human answer the phone and calmly answer my questions, but they came in and explained every aspect of cost and insurance to me and all the roofing materials used. I cannot thank twin hammers enough for not only replacing our roof in a timely manner, explaining the process in detail, always being available, and also scheduling our window replacements as well. Highly recommend, they worked within our budget and represented us and themselves to the insurance is such a way that even the progressive rep said they felt we were in the best hands with a highly skilled company.
Had my roof done years back from Twin Hammers and really went above and beyond to help me out and provided quality work that other companies that had initially reached out could not provide. Fast forward 4 years later was selling my home and inspector requested some items on the roof to be looked at by a roofer which turned out to be nothing major just inspector looking for deficiencies. Mind you this was 4 years later and Twin Hammers did not hesitate to come by to take a look and provide their professional expertise.
