Tridom Roofing employee Ron Rich came by the house and asked if we had any hail damage from previous storm. We were looking for roofers at this time. Ron inspected our roof and determined that we had a claim. Ron went above and beyond to file a claim for us. Ron was very personable and made sure we understood the process as it went along and kept us informed.
We trusted him totally. We love our new roof and gutters. Thank you Ron for all your help.

I can’t express how grateful I am to Jared and his team for the help they gave to my mom and our family. We had severe hail damage and Jared helped with insurance and understanding what would possibly be covered. We had a beautiful new roof in 1 day & gutters to come! Thanks Jared and Tridom roofing!

Shout out to Jared at Tridom Roofing who did an amazing job on our roof. Our whole neighborhood got hit on the last big hail storm in April. There were many roofers giving bids up and down our street. We reached out to Tridom based on personal experience our friends had a few years ago. Having never filed a home claim in all our years of owning homes, Jared made the process smooth and efficient from start to finish. The roofing crew did an outstanding job on the roof and clean up (those nails can get tricky).
But it was the customer service that really stood out. Recommendations carry a lot of weight with us, especially when your trusting them with your home.
