The Westin Riverwalk is a hotel that offers a pleasant stay, with staff that are friendly and go above and beyond to provide great service. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions, and guests can enjoy the availability of actual cribs for young children. The bartender, Robert, was excellent and able to accommodate all requests, making a wedding celebration even more enjoyable.
The hotel has a lovely lobby, and guests can easily access the Riverwalk through the hotel's entrance. The rooms are large with big windows, comfortable beds, well-appointed bathrooms, and mini dry bars. The hotel also features a rooftop pool, although some guests may find the pillows to be flat and the duvet to vary in thickness between beds.
The hotel's bar and restaurant serve delicious dinner and breakfast, and the room service is also highly praised. The hotel's staff, from the valet and bellhop to the event organizers, have been described as kind and helpful, ensuring a perfect stay and event experience for guests.
Ordering room service is incredibly inconvienent as your not supposed to order over the phone and the QR code is not as visible as claimed. The resturant is not worth the price. The food was very plain, instead of butter you get vegitable spread and instead of sugar you get fake sweeteners, leaving me wondering if any of the ingredients are even fresh. The quality of meal is not worth the price.
I stayed for a conference, it is right on the riverwalk makes it super nice to open the door and start walking on the riverwalk. The staff were really nice and helpful. As a Marriott Bonvoy member they accommodated a late checkout and got a room with a bigger balcony.
Overall great experience and would recommend.
My husband and I decided to stay here while celebrating our twentieth year wedding anniversary. The first day we arrived the hotel was beautiful, staff was so friendly.We noticed the mini frig wasn’t cold so we called the front desk, the were supposed to to send someone to take a look at it, four to five hours later no one had came so I phoned the front desk again and they sent maintenance and he switched it out for another one, also the bathroom sink was clogged very slow draining.
