We stopped by for breakfast along the River Walk and had such a wonderful experience! Our server, Jarvis, went above and beyond to make our breakfast so enjoyable. He was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, and to top it all off, he surprised me with a birthday card signed by the staff and a delicious chocolate lavender cake. 🥰 What a special and unexpected gesture!

We just wrapped up a truly wonderful stay at the Mokara, and I can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our visit special. It was the little touches that stood out most. The bath butler, the turn down service, the waters and snack the valets left in my car before our drive home. The small anticipations and personal details that you don’t get at most hotels. That kind of service is hard to teach, and this team clearly has it.
The spa and amenities were the highlight. My only wish: a cold plunge would round out the spa experience perfectly, and the pool could stand to be a bit larger.
