My daughter and I were recently here for a cheer competition. No complaints at all. The stay was WONDERFUL (clean room, nice gym w/ peloton’s, room service) and staff was 10/10. From AJ getting our bags out the car and meeting us at our room to Keisha’s amazing customer service. ***Please do something special for the both of them. They made this stay great. Also, room smelled really unique and nice. Highly recommend.Small issue: someone was able to order items at the restaurant/bar using our room # but this was resolved with a phone call. I do think a better process should be put in place so that this is not a recurring issue.
Great spot on the Riverwalk. Clean and friendly staff. Spa services available, I do wish the restaurant would make reservations for the lounge area.Rooms: Each room is suite style, with a unique interior design the art is interesting.
Stayed at this hotel for my Franchise conference. Room was very clean and accommodating to my needs. Only recommendation is brighter lights at desk for those there for work. Restrooms and conference room was clean and inviting. Staff was excellent. Great team of people working there. Food was good too!Rooms: Spacious, clean and toiletries are included like shampoo and body wash.Nearby activities: Last night we enjoyed walking to the neighboring bar/clubs for a bit of dancing.Walkability: So close to the Riverwalk which was perfect for getting a bite to eat at the many restaurant that are in walking distance of the hotelNoteworthy details: Once you arrive you get a text...read full review
