My house has a single HVAC unit and we were unable to effectively cool both bottom and top parts of the home this summer and had certain hot zones. I spoke with three different companies and decided to go with Henry and Texas Air Repair. The first two companies stated I needed a complete new install (which was probably reasonable), but weren't great with follow up or explaining the issues or potential options.
