I cannot recommend Texas Air Repair enough! The Bosch heat pump that they recently installed in March 2024 will be my second unit that has been installed and serviced by them and if I need a third ever, they will be the ones installing it as well. When my family was in need of a new unit on short notice before the arrival of our newborn baby Henry, the owner, gave us a great rate and had a crew work through the night to make sure that my family was comfortable and happy. They are a family run company that take obvious pride in all aspects of their business and it shows. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the owner directly, his wife, his daughter who answers the phone and handles service calls as well as the owner’s son who is a technician. I have also dealt with a few of their other techs and every single one of them is always pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, clean and genuinely care about providing the highest echelon of service possible. When you live in the Texas heat having a reliable AC company is critical and my family is blessed with the piece of mind that Texas Air Repair will be there for us when we need them, every single time.
Our AC starting blowing warm air on 7/11 around 5 pm. I told my husband that it was already gonna be night, we will just call someone in the morning. Come 8 am, the house was unbearable. After discussing & my neighbors recommendation, we called Texas Air Repair around 9 am. Miss Trinity took our call & squeezed in the owner for us. I am disabled, a heart attack survivor & I could feel my heart feeling weaker as the hours went on. Finally the window of time the owner was supposed to arrive, he came right on time. He quickly asked 1 question when he got out of his truck, Unscrewed the side panel on the generator & IMMIDEATELY knew what it was. We are so grateful for him & his company. They saved me, my dogs & our wallets with a no bs price. Our dogs said, "you did a PAWsome" job!" Thank you again to everyone at this company!!!!
Amazing customer service. Our HVAC has breaker issues and capacitor issues that required multiple appointments to diagnose. Henry, the owner, came out on very short notice. Since it was multiple appointments to finally figure out the problem, Henry the owner didn't charge us for the final repair. Definitely will be asking them for routine maintenance from now on😁
