The gentleman that deserves our deepest thanks is Joey Garcia who’s been very patient and supportive of our warranty repair for our patio. His commitment and communication with us was outstanding and direct. We have our peaceful patio looking sensational again because of his diligence. A huge thanks also to Mason for setting up our appointment and for Obie making sure the work was done correctly. He made sure his crew of young men did an excellent job on our repair and took their time to make it right. Our back patio was all rock with a few pavers. The rock was a bit overwhelming and uncomfortable. We looked into several solutions with either concrete or pavers. System Pavers provided the optimal solution with quality and value. The project planning process was simple. The website is very helpful explaining the different phases. Todd Schmidt did a great job as project manager. He was either calling or onsite each day checking on progress. Weather caused a few setbacks but Todd made sure the crew kept to schedule.
