I have Ring cameras in and around my moms home so I could help keep an eye on her. The cameras also let me see the Quick Mow crew and the final result. Perfect mowing w/stripes, edging and string trimming around the entire .5 acre fence line. If I wanted weed/feed or pesticide granules laid...they took care of that too. Danny was quick to update via text any weather delays and reschedule. Payment through PayPal made the process a breeze. My mother loves how they clean up and leave her yard beautiful. “We reached out to Devin and Burgess landscaping to revamp our backyard in Oct 2021. As frontline healthcare workers, we were in desperately need of an outdoor relaxing backyard space to offset the stress of what was happening in the hospital during the height of the pandemic. Devin, Kelly, and their crew took our barren backyard and converted it into a beautiful, relaxing space. They cut back our overgrown trees and shrubs, laid sod, created rock flower beds and helped us choose beautiful plants that proved to survive the South Texas heat over the years. They created a modern stone walkway with pavers, and revamped the original house sprinkler system. They were prompt, professional, kind, courteous, and respectful. We enjoyed working with them and look forward to more projects with them again in the future!“

As it has needed work, as all things do with time, he has always responded quickly and done the repairs in a timely and efficient manner. My husband and I are extremely pleased with his work. The picture is the back yard of our home, you can see that even with soaring temperatures the system is keeping things well watered and happy.“

Most recent job was my second major VHS landscape job over the past 10 years and both following significant foundation repairs. This recent work involved drainage support and functional, low maintenance, appealing landscape on neighbor's side of our zero-lot properties and resetting patio stones in 3 areas around the house plus refreshing areas installed 10 years ago. Crews were very comfortable to have on site; worked quickly and cleaned the area at the end of each day, took care to protect properties while doing work. Patio areas beautifully laid and level. Chris was able to get this job scheduled on a short timeline so yards could be used for entertaining out -of- town guests. Very, very satisfied. Good value. “The gentleman that deserves our deepest thanks is Joey Garcia who’s been very patient and supportive of our warranty repair for our patio. His commitment and communication with us was outstanding and direct. We have our peaceful patio looking sensational again because of his diligence. A huge thanks also to Mason for setting up our appointment and for Obie making sure the work was done correctly. He made sure his crew of young men did an excellent job on our repair and took their time to make it right. If you consider pavers as a homeowner I strongly recommend the Polymeric sand over basic pavers sand. Because of the infamous poor soil condition's that cause the ground to shift in south San Antonio Texas. Thanks system pavers we LOVE our back yard !!!!“

“Hill Horticulture removed our DIY xeriscaping attempt and replaced it with decomposed granite and a few islands of native plants. The open areas where the white pipes are will be filled with raised bed planter boxes that are being built now.From the start, Hill was helpful and patient. I originally wanted to install artificial grass in a few areas but realized it was not in the budget. Nathan re-worked the project and whittled it down to what we could afford. There was a lot of back and forth conversations along the way and Nathan always followed up in a timely manner.The job started and finished on time despite the weather’s attempts to derail things. Every employee Hill sent onsite was courteous and helpful.Due to a scheduling conflict we couldn’t compete the last phase of filling the planter beds because they’re still being built. I did have to pay a small fee for canceling, but regardless everything was professionally handled, including a final visit by Nathan and Hugo to review the work and ensure I was satisfied.I would recommend Hill for landscape projects and will use them again in the future. They are booked several months out right now, as are other contractors, so plan ahead if possible.“
