I was very pleasantly surprised by the service I got from South Texas Air Force and Heating. I always brace myself for the service company the home warranty companies send out. They typically pad the bill and I end up paying out of pocket. Not this time. Omar, the technician was thorough, professional, and very clear in his explanations of what was needed and what he was doing. The service was covered by my home warranty insurance (after my deductible, of course).

I have a home warranty & they have sent South Texas Air Force AC out for a couple of different issues. I was so impressed with them that I had them come out & do work that was not covered by the home warranty. The technicians have been knowledgeable, timely and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
