Rudy was exceptional fixing the shower head & shower handle. He went above & beyond the work order. He made sure I was happy with the out come & I was. Very satisfied with his work, professionalism & knowledge.
The reason for a 4 rating is because this company has offices in several states. I live in Texas and when I call 3 different offices and I get an automated response. I leave messages for a callback and no one calls me back. Their customer service is not even average in my book. Their only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 3 is because the windows are top quality and well done.
